The humanoid robot is equipped with a conversation platform function that allows both business-specific conversations and general-purpose daily conversations, a remote response function, and a facial recognition function. They are also developing cleaning robots for offices and public facilities, serving robots for restaurants, and transportation robots for warehouses.

【お仕事の内容】
・プロジェクトゴールを目指し、プロジェクトの指揮者としてチームをリードする。
・プロジェクト計画、スケジュール、予算、リソース計画を策定、実施する。
・プロジェクトにおける進捗状況を監視し、リスクと問題を特定し、是正措置を行う
・プロジェクトの代表として、お客様と話し合い、アクションをチームへ落とし込む。
・お客様を含め、各部門のステークホルダーにプロジェクトの更新を報告する。
・プロジェクト運営の仕組みを整備し、プロジェクト業務プロセス改善をリードする。

・Aim for the project goal and lead the team as a project conductor.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
・Monitor progress on projects, identify risks and issues, and take corrective actions
・As the representative of the project, discuss with the customer and implement actions to the team.
・Report project updates to stakeholders in each department, including customers.
・Develop a project management system and lead the improvement of project business processes. |

【必須要件】
・プロジェクトマネジメントの5年以上の経験
・ロジカルシンキング、ドキュメンテーション、ファシリテーション、コミュニケーションスキル
・サーバントリーダーシップのマインドセット
・マトリックス組織内で横断的なチームとの作業経験
・データ分析とレポート作成の経験を持つ強力な分析能力
・チーム環境内および単独でも仕事をする能力
・英語力:ビジネスレベル
・日本語力:ビジネス以上(N2)
【歓迎要件】
・Microsoft Project、JIRA、またはAsanaなどのプロジェクト管理ソフトウェアの使用能力
・インターナショナルな環境での業務経験

・Over 5 years of experience in project management
・Logical thinking, documentation, facilitation, communication skills
・Servant leadership mindset
・Experience working with cross-sectional teams within a matrix organization
・Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and report writing
・Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
・Required English ability: Business level
・Required Japanese ability:Business or higher (N2)
