By providing systems equipped with artificial intelligence (AI), they aim to realize a new work style in which people can focus on creative work while eliminating wasteful tasks that occur on a daily basis.

■A System for Recruiting Excellent Artificial Intelligence Engineers

In Vietnam, where the Artificial Intelligence Lab is located, it is ranked in the top 10 of the "2019 Best IT Co mpanies" as a desired place to work.
They have succeeded in acquiring a group of brainy people with overwhelming technical skills who are graduates of Hanoi National University and Hanoi University of Technology, which are the top universities in Vietnam.
They have 60 AI engineers alone, and have a system to hire 30-50 AI engineers every year.

Product development using artificial intelligence technology is still in its infancy, even on a global scale.

Work location: Tokyo
Salary revision: Twice a year
Trial period: 6 months after joining the company (same conditions as regular employment)
Working hours: Flextime system (core time 11:00-16:00)
* Basic working hours: 9:00-18:00 (prescribed working hours: 8 hours; break: 60 minutes)
Holidays/vacations: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, annual paid leave (3 days at the time of joining the company, 10 days after 6 months of employment), maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave (as required by law) ), marriage leave, congratulations or condolences, year-end and New Year holidays, etc. *Annual holidays: 122 days
