【主な業務内容】
大手総合商社グループの多種多様なデータを扱い、統計・AIモデルの構築や見える化など各種分析業務をご担当いただきます。
実際にデータ分析の企画から実装までを数名のチームまたはお一人でご対応いただきます。
様々な産業分野の課題解決や新事業アイデアを導く手段としてAI・データ分析のノウハウを駆使していただき
グループ全体のデジタルトランスフォーメーション実現に貢献いただきます。
【参画するプロジェクトについて】
対象となる産業やビジネスが多岐にわたり、様々な産業の膨大なデータにアクセスすることができるため様々な経歴の方にご活躍いただける場があります。過去当社内で取り組んだデータ分析プロジェクトの一例として以下のようなものがあります。

[Job description]
You will be in charge of various analysis tasks such as building and visualizing statistics and AI models, handling a wide variety of data from a major general trading company group.
A team of several people or one person will actually handle the process from planning to implementation of data analysis.
Make full use of AI / data analysis know-how as a means to solve problems in various industrial fields and guide new business ideas.
You will contribute to the realization of digital transformation for the entire group.
[About participating projects]
There are a wide variety of target industries and businesses, and since you can access vast amounts of data from various industries, there is a place where people with various backgrounds can play an active role. The following are examples of data analysis projects that we have undertaken in the past.
・ Various demand forecasts, price forecasts, market forecasts, and inventory optimization at major general trading companies
・ Mobile motion analysis using GPS data
・ Visual inspection in the manufacturing field ・ Analysis of factors that cause abnormalities
・ Analysis of factors that increase media sales ・ Customer analysis
・ Abnormality detection of equipment, factories, etc.
・ Retail-based joint sales analysis / trade area analysis

■ As a member of the DX team of a major general trading company joined from the planning stage and are proceeding with various projects.

[In-house atmosphere]
The company is founded in 2019, so the whole team is creating a corporate culture. There is a lot of communication within the company, and it is an environment where it is easy to give flat opinions. The development environment is selected one by one depending on the project, but Python is often used as the language. Regarding infrastructure, the company is actively adopting cloud environments such as AWS and GCP at the discretion of the team.

【必須(MUST)】
・データサイエンティストとしてリードレベルのスキルと経験(実務経験6年程度)
・AIやデータ分析、統計、AIの知識及びプロジェクト実績
・抽出されたビジネス課題、仮説から、データ分析課題、ゴール設定に落とし込むことが出来る方。
・ビジネスまたはネイティブレベルの英語力
・業務のコミュニケーションに支障がないレベルの日本語力
【歓迎(WANT)】
・ビジネス事例における豊富なデータ分析・AIモデル構築経験
[Requirements]
・ Lead-level skills and experience as a data scientist (about 6 years of work experience)
・ AI and data analysis, statistics, knowledge of AI and project results
・ Those who can incorporate the extracted business issues and hypotheses into data analysis issues and goal setting.
・ Business or native level English
・ Japanese ability enough to handle communication at work
