プロジェクトマネージャー
・製品の品質やユーザビリティを向上させるためのアイデア提案や施策の立案。
・プロジェクトマネジメント
・品質保証計画の立案、課題のヒアリング
・品質保証体制の構築
・プロジェクト全体の管理・推進
・5～20名程度のプロジェクトチームマネジメント、または10名程度までの複数プロジェクトのマネジメント。
・顧客やパートナー企業との日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション、オンライン会議・電話会議対応。
PMO
・顧客視点を意識した主体的な作業計画立案/文書化/ベンダーコントロール/進捗管理/顧客へのレポーティング等
・プロジェクトマネジメントの支援・推進・コンサルティング
・プロジェクト管理プロセスの標準化
・顧客・パートナー企業との日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション、オンライン会議・電話会議の設定・参加
【Details of the Job】
Project Manager
・Proposing ideas and initiating measures to improve product quality and usability
・Project management
└ Planning quality assurance plans, hearing issue
└ Establishment of a quality assurance system
└ Overall project management and promotion
・Project team management of 5 to 20 people, or management of multiple projects of up to 10 people
・Communication with customers and partner companies in Japanese and English & handling of online meetings / callconferences
PMO
・Proactive work planning / documentation / vendor control / progress management / reporting to customers, etc., whilekeeping in mind customer's point of view
・ Supporting, promoting and consulting on project management
・Standardization of project management processes
・Communication in Japanese and English with customers and partner companies, and setting/participation in online meetings/ call conferences |

【応募資格】
英語・日本語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
TOEIC800点以上、N1(日本語能力試験N1)または同等レベル。
ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力があれば、TOEIC800点以下、N2(日本語能力試験N2)でも可。
【必須条件】
・IT業界での5年以上の経験
・要件定義から結合テストまでの全工程経験
・5名以上のマネジメント経験またはベンダーコントロール経験
・Webまたはオープン系ソフトウェア開発経験(Java/HTML/CSS)もしくはSIソフトウェア開発プロジェクトに携わった経験(言語不問)
【歓迎要件】
・プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了までのマネジメント経験
・SIerでのオープン系ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおけるPM/PL経験3年以上
・プライム顧客に対する提案・見積経験
・事業戦略の立案・実行経験
・複数のステークホルダーとの折衝経験

【Common Requirements】
・Business level communication skills in English and Japanese
TOEIC 800 or above, N1 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1) or equivalent
TOEIC 800 or below, N2 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2) is acceptable if you have business-level communication skills.
【MUST】
- 5+ years experience in the IT industry
- Experience in the whole process, from requirements definition to integration testing
- Experience in managing more than 5 people or vendor control
- Experience in web or open software development (Java/HTML/CSS)
Or experience of working on SI software development projects (any language)
【Preferred】
・Experience in managing projects from start to completion
・3+ years experience as a PM/PL in open software development projects at a SIer
・Experience in proposals and quotations to prime customers
・Experience in planning and implementing business strategy
・Experience of negotiating with multiple stakeholders
【Personality】
・Able to make decisions and respond quickly
・Able to deal with challenges, always strive to improve themselves and their work
