仕事内容Job description [Job description]
You will be responsible for consulting and planning and developing solutions for customers in the automotive field. As a DX Partner who works with customers to realize DX, you will take on the role of embodying corporate value improvement and value creation while leveraging the capabilities of the entire group.

As a DX partner, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, training young members within the department, formulating hypotheses for DX proposals in collaboration with related stakeholders, making proposals, and executing upstream engineering.

(1) Any of the following experience:
・Consulting experience for customers (estimate: 3 years or more)
・Experience in planning and proposing solutions/services for customers in the IT/digital domain (estimate: 3 years or more)
・Experience in business planning, business development, etc. (estimate: 3 years or more)
(2) Those who have courage and can see things through to the end
(3)Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
　 Required English ability: Must be able to read and write (TOEIC 650 points or higher)
