本ポジションでは、ロジスティクスを中心に、一連のサプライチェーンマネジメント領域において、お客様の経営課題を解決し、持続可能な変革をもたらす案件の構想策定～業務改革・改善の役割を担っていただきます。具体的な案件としては、ロジスティクスの戦略策定やデジタライゼーションの構想策定、AIを活用したソリューションの導入を見据えた提案や要件定義や、顧客とのリレーション構築を担っていただきます。お客様はロジスティクスを自社のコア領域と位置付ける先進的かつチャレンジングな企業が中心です。
【お仕事の内容】
[1] プロジェクトマネジメント:20%
・コンサルティング案件 及びソリューション導入案件における
・立上げ→計画→実行→管理→クロージングに関わる一連の対応
・スコープマネジメント(要求事項管理)
・リソースマネジメント(ヒト、モノ、カネ、時間、情報)
・品質マネジメント/リスクマネジメント
・進捗マネジメント
・各種レポーティング(報告資料/議事録等)
・顧客とのリレーション構築/コンフリクト解消
[2] ロジスティクス領域コンサルティング:80%
・顧客ヒアリング/情報取集、分析
・各種分析における課題抽出、およびソリューション導出、方針定義
・ソリューション導出後の実行支援、業務改善支援
・コンサルティング案件の契約関連業務
・プロジェクト成果物資料作成

In this position, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, business reform, and improvement of projects that solve customers' business issues and bring about sustainable change in a series of supply chain management areas, with a focus on logistics. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing logistics strategies and digitalization concepts, defining proposals and requirements with a view to implementing AI-based solutions, and building relationships with customers. Their clients are mainly progressive and challenging companies that position logistics as their core area.
[Job Description]
[1] Project management: 20%.
- Project management of consulting and solution implementation projects
(A series of responses related to start-up, planning, execution, management, and closing.)
- Responsibility for start-up, planning, execution, management, and closing of consulting and solution implementation projects.
- Scope management (requirements management)
- Resource management (people, goods, money, time, information)
- Quality management/risk management
- Progress management
- Various types of reporting (report documents/minutes, etc.)
- Relationship building with clients/conflict resolution
[2] Logistics consulting: 80%
- Client interviews/information gathering and analysis
- Identification of issues based on various types of analysis, solution development, policy definition
- Support for implementation and business improvement after solution development
- Contract-related work for consulting projects
- Preparation of project deliverables
- Work weight will vary depending on the situation. |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
[1] SCM、ロジスティクス、物流分野における戦略立案や、施策の立案ならびに具体化・推進の経験
[2] 業務改革プロジェクト、基幹システム導入プロジェクトのPM・PL・PMO担当(小規模でも可)として、システム化構想策定、業務プロセス設計、業務要件定義、導入・安定化等の経験
[3] クロージング能力(コミュニケーション、ファシリテート、プレゼンテーション)
[4] 自社、もしくはクライアントのマネジメント向けレポーティング経験 (特にPPT作成スキル)
【歓迎要件】
[1] 業務コンサルティング経験(3年以上)
[2] 業務改革プロジェクト等での並走する複数案件をプロジェクトマネージャー、もしくはPMOとしての経験(3プロジェクト以上)
[3] 物流センターオペレーション設計・運用への関与経験
[4] 物流トランザクションデータの分析経験
[5] AI関連ソリューション、サービスの事業開発経験
[6] 外部クライアント向けROI算定・見積立案・作成スキル
[Requirements]
- Experience in SCM, logistics, and distribution strategy development, policy development, and implementation/promotion
Or, experience in business consulting (3 years+)
- Experience in systemization concept development, business flow/material flow design, business requirement definition, implementation and stabilization, etc. as a core member of business reform project or core system implementation project
- Closing skills (communication, facilitation, presentation)
- Experience in reporting to in-house or client management (especially PPT preparation skills)
- ROI calculation, estimation and preparation skills for external clients
- Fluent Japanese language skills
[Welcome requirements]
- Experience as a project manager or PMO in business reform projects (at least 3 projects)
- Experience in logistics center operation design and management
- Experience in analyzing logistics transaction data
- Experience in business development of AI-related solutions and services
- English proficiency (reading and writing are acceptable) |
