■お客様のシステム部門に対するソリューション提案、営業活動
既存の金融機関システムに対する改善提案
■お客様のビジネス企画部門に対するソリューション提案、営業活動
お客様が検討されている新しいビジネスに対して、日立が持つ価値を創出するデジタルソリューションを用いて、当社の技術を組み合わせた提案
【職務詳細】
■業務の担当者として、上司の指示を仰ぎながら、アカウントの課題やニーズを把握するために必要な情報を収集・分析し、顧客に最適な自事業部門のソリューション(IT・OT・プロダクト)を提案、受注に繋げていただきます。
また、営業職のみならず自事業部門で広くネットワークを構築し、自事業部門のソリューションに関する知識・技術動向を理解しながら、既存ビジネスの事業拡大に貢献いただきます。
■上司の指示を仰ぎながら、業界のトレンドやニーズ等、価値起点も視野に入れた情報収集・分析を通じて社会イノベーション事業に貢献いただきます。

■Solution proposals and sales activities for customers' business planning departments
Proposals that combine Hitachi's technology with Hitachi's value-creating digital solutions for new businesses that customers are considering.
[Job details]
■As the person in charge of the business, you will collect and analyze the information necessary to understand the issues and needs of the account, while following instructions from your superior. Then, you will propose solutions (IT, OT, products) for own business department that are optimal for customers and lead to orders.
In addition, you will build a wide network not only in sales positions but also in your own business division, and contribute to the expansion of existing businesses while understanding knowledge and technology trends regarding solutions in your own business division.
■While receiving instructions from your superior, you will contribute to the Social Innovation Business through the collection and analysis of information, including industry trends and needs, with a focus on value. |

・社会人経験3年以上
・法人営業経験がある方(業界は問いません)
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス(読み、書き、話す)
【歓迎要件】
・IT業界経験がある方
・金融業界経験、または金融機関業務・システムの知見がある方
・TOEIC 650点、または同等の英語コミュニケーション力がある方
