The position will also enable the company to conduct marketing activities with an annual budget of several hundred million yen, including TV commercials in January 2024.

You are responsible for the overall digital marketing area of the English learning app and other domestic businesses.
- Decision-making on digital advertising operations.
- Negotiations with advertising agencies in general and directing creative production in the digital domain.
- Media planning for digital advertising.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
(i) Experience in digital advertising management for to C services: at least 3 years
(ii) Experience in creative direction: more than 3 years
(iii) Experience in digital advertising operation: at least 5 years

[Preferred Requirements]
(i) Experience of maximising results in digital marketing while managing agencies and budgets.
(ii) Experience in developing marketing strategies, including market research.
(iii) Experience in in-house digital advertising management at a business company.

Working hours: You will be required to come to work from 8 to 11 a.m. and will be required to work for the next 9 hours (8 hours of actual work, 1 hour of break).
