下記職務を上長の指導を受けながら、責任者として一人称で推進いただきます
・事業に関する中期経営計画/戦略立案
・デジタルエンジニアリング部と連携した戦略実行
・デジタルエンジニアリング部の成長戦略立案と実行
【職務詳細】
・グローバルでの市場データ分析、競合ベンチマーク
・グループ会社と連携して、グループ全社のデジタル事業の中期経営計画を立案する
・現状施策の評価、追加施策検討を行い、予算内での施策の入れ替えを行う
・各セクターの事業部門と連携して、デジタル事業拡大・収益性向上策を検討する(全社デジタル事業予算の管理と達成に責任を持つ、各種横断会議の企画運営を行う)
・グループ会社と連携したグローバルのビジネス基盤を確立する
・デジタルエンジニアリング部の成長戦略を立案し、施策を検討するとともに、各部門の実行支援を行う
・デジタルエンジニアリング部の経営システム(ガバナンス、意思決定プロセス、ツール等)を企画、改善する
・デジタルエンジニアリング部の業績管理を行い、各部門と業績達成に向けた打ち手を検討する
・デジタルエンジニアリング部において上記を可能にするため、必要な幹部会議のアジェンダを企画し運営する
・デジタルエンジニアリング部の成長戦略をグループコーポレートに説明するため、必要な戦略資料を制作する

[Job description]
You will be responsible for carrying out the following duties while receiving guidance from your superior.
・Medium-term management plan/strategy planning for business
・Strategy execution in collaboration with digital engineering department
・Planning and execution of growth strategies for the digital engineering department
[Job details]
・Global market data analysis, competitive benchmarking
・Work with group companies to formulate medium-term management plans for the digital business of all group companies.
・Evaluate current measures, consider additional measures, and replace measures within the budget.
- Collaborate with business departments in each sector to consider measures to expand digital business and improve profitability (planning and operating various cross-sectional meetings, responsible for managing and achieving company-wide digital business budgets)
・Establish a global business foundation in collaboration with group companies
・Planning growth strategies for the Digital Engineering Department, considering measures, and providing implementation support for each department.
・Plan and improve the management system (governance, decision-making process, tools, etc.) of the Digital Engineering Department
・Manage the performance of the Digital Engineering Department and consider measures to achieve performance with each department.
・Plan and manage the necessary executive meeting agenda to enable the above in the Digital Engineering Department.
・Produce the necessary strategic materials to explain the growth strategy of the Digital Engineering Department to the group corporate.

(1)経営/事業企画部門の実務経験(3年以上)
(2)英語ネイティブに対し企画を説明したり、英語の会議で議論ができるレベルのビジネス英語力をお持ちの方(例:TOEIC860点以上)
(3)必要な日本語力:ビジネス(読み、書き、話す)

・情報インフラ、社会インフラに関連する業種での業務経験がある方
・グローバル(日本以外)を対象とした営業・事業経験のある方
・P/L責任を持って事業を進めた経験のある方
・海外での駐在経験のある方
・経営幹部とのコミュニケーションの多いポジションでの業務経験のある方
[Requirements]

(1) Work experience in management/business planning department (3 years or more)
(2) Those who have business English proficiency at a level that allows them to explain their plans to native English speakers and have discussions at English meetings (e.g., TOEIC score of 860 or higher)
(3) Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)
[Preferred requirements]
・Those who have work experience in industries related to information infrastructure and social infrastructure.
・Person who has experience in sales and business targeting global markets (outside Japan)
・Those who have experience in running a business with P/L responsibility
・Those who have experience working overseas
・Those who have work experience in a position that involves a lot of communication with management executives. |
