・ヒアリング/要件定義
・プロジェクトマネジメント
・成功モデルの汎化

・マーケ/企画/営業と協業し、ターゲット市場向け成功パターン(商材・売り方)作成
[Job description]
As a manager, you will be involved in developing the organization and human resources of your own team, and they would like you to pass on your wealth of experience to your subordinates and develop the next generation of leaders.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing proposal materials for clients
- Creation of proposal materials and proposals to clients
- Interviews and requirement definition
- Project management
- Generalization of successful models
- Training, evaluation, and team building of team members
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, and sales to create successful patterns (products and sales methods) for target markets. |

【必須要件】
・N1レベルの日本語力
・製造業の設計・製造等に関わるIT システムの導入または運用経験1年以上
※プロジェクト規模不問
※製造業でもコーポレート系のITシステムは対象外
※ユーザー側からのプロジェクト参画経験の方も歓迎
・管理職として部下をマネジメントしたご経験2年以上

[Requirements]
- N1 level of Japanese language proficiency
- At least 1 year of experience in implementation or operation of IT systems related to design, manufacturing, etc. in the manufacturing industry
*Project size is not required.
*Corporate IT systems in the manufacturing industry are not eligible.
*Experience participating in projects from the user side is also welcome.
- At least 2 years of experience managing subordinates in a managerial position.
