また、改善提案内容に基づき、顧客システムの継続的改善支援を行うサービスの取り纏め者としてサービス遂行に責任を負う。

■システム評価
・顧客システムの課題を探索し、潜在的な原因、障壁、関連する問題を特定し、改善策を立案する。
■運用改善支援
・評価結果を踏まえて、顧客システムの継続的改善に向けて最良のアプローチを選択することにより、顧客ニーズに合ったサービスを提供する。
運用改善の設計・実装と運用作業、および運用改善の実行による継続改善支援の実施やコスト最適化の設計・実装とコスト最適化の実行による継続改善支援など。

【必須要件】
(1)下記のご経験やスキルをお持ちの方
・ AWS/Azure/Google Cloud上でのシステム開発/構築経験(目安:2年以上)
(2)TOEIC650点程度の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル)
(3)必要な日本語力:ビジネス(読み、書き、話す)
【歓迎要件】
・ SRE(Site Reliability Engineer)としてのシステム改善、運用経験
・ IaC(Cloud Formation, Azure Resource Manager, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, Terraform, AnsibleなどのInfrastructure as Code)を利用したシステム構築経験
・ オブザーバビリティツール(Datadog, Dynatrace, Newrelicなど)の利用経験
[Requirements]
(1) Persons with the following experience and skills
・ System development/construction experience on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud (estimate: 2 years or more)
(2) Required English ability: TOEIC score around 650 (a level that does not interfere with reading, writing, and email use)
(3) Required Japanese ability: Business(read, write, speak)

・ System improvement and operational experience as an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
