面接官が知っておくべき5つの心得
① 完璧な英語でなくてOK
英語面接で大切なのは面接官の英語の流暢さではなく、候補者が話しやすい環境をつくること。シンプルな単語と短い文で質問し、ゆっくり話しましょう。聞き取れなかった場合は "Could you say that again?" と聞き返して構いません。
