◆ターゲット顧客の状況分析
└営業担当と共にニーズなどを分析し、潜在的な顧客を探索します
◆マーケティング/サービス戦略企画・提案
◆製品導入後の顧客満足度調査・分析
◆導入後の潜在ニーズ・課題を策定
◆導入後のカスタマーサポート
◆業務で得たナレッジ共有
└お客様の利用状況や指標に関するレポートを作成し、社内で共有します

◆Analysis of target customer situation
└Analyze needs with sales staff and search for potential customers
◆Marketing/service strategy planning/proposal
◆Customer satisfaction survey and analysis after product introduction
◆Formulation of latent needs and issues after implementation
◆Customer support after implementation
◆Sharing knowledge gained through work
└Create reports on customer usage and metrics and share them internally |

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:ビジネスレベル
・ビジネスレベルの英語または中国語
・3年以上の光ネットワークまたはデータセンター業界での実務経験がある方

◇営業・カスタマーサクセスとしての実務経験(1～3年程度)
◇光ネットワーク・データセンター製品に精通している方
◇中国語を話せる方
◇英語を話せる方

・Three years or more of practical experience in the optical network or data center industry
[Preferred requirements]
◇Work experience as sales/customer success (about 1-3 years)
