[Company Profile]
A University of Tokyo startup company that provides analysis services using alternative data (big data that has not been utilized to date). The company processes and analyzes alternative data collected from domestic data holders (companies that provide data through partnerships) and develops them as SaaS products. Although they are still an organization of less than 40 people, it provide insights obtained from various alternative data such as POS data, credit card data, point card data, and location data to a wide range of clients, from overseas institutional investors to domestic government agencies and business companies.

[Main Services]
Analysis service for institutional investors using POS data and credit card data
Industry-specific consumption trend indices using JCB card payment data
Daily price index using Nikkei POS data
・Wage index and number of job openings index using job advertisement data

In analytical services for institutional investors, we provide services to a variety of clients ranging from global funds with AUM of over 1 trillion yen to emerging hedge funds with AUM of several tens of billions of yen.

仕事内容Job description [Job description]
Sales and business development activities for hedge funds and other institutional clients
Awareness - Lead Acquisition - Negotiation - Closing
Reach out to clients through events, media appearances, conference speaking engagements, etc.
Communication with data providers
Share client feedback with our engineers/analysts and plan for product improvements.
Designing, executing, and building a framework for scaling sales and customer success activities over the medium term.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability:Fluent
・ Required English ability: Business
・ Experience in corporate sales/business development at a financial institution, financial information research company, IR support company, etc.
・ Experience in simple data analysis and visualization using Excel

[Preferred requirements]
・ Experience in sales to institutional investors
・ Experience in analyzing POS data, credit card data, etc.
・ Native level of Japanese
