画像・テキスト・表データを扱うAIについて、AIの説明性、公平性、透明性、倫理などの幅広い観点からの信頼できるAI技術の研究開発を担当いただきながら、チームメンバー・後進の研究・技術開発指導を行っていただくことも期待します。
いずれはチームを引っ張るリーダーとなっていただき、研究戦略立案や信頼できるAI技術を活用する新サービス・事業の構想なども担っていただく人財となることを期待します。

[Job description]
Regarding AI that handles images, text, and table data, you will be in charge of research and development of reliable AI technology from a wide range of perspectives such as AI explainability, fairness, transparency, and ethics. You will also provide research and technology development guidance to team members and junior staff.
They hope that you will eventually become a leader who will lead the team, and be responsible for planning research strategies and creating new services and business ideas that utilize reliable AI technology.

【必須要件】
(1)実務で信頼できるAI技術の研究開発またはその応用アプリケーション開発に従事した経験(3年以上)
(2)TOEIC 700点以上の英語力(AI技術に関しての口頭・メール議論に支障ないレベル)
(3)研究プロトを開発できるプログラミングスキル(Pythonを中心として)

[Requirements]
(1) Experience in research and development of reliable AI technology or the development of its applied applications (3 years or more)
(2) English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher (a level that does not interfere with oral and email discussions regarding AI technology)
(3) Programming skills to develop research prototypes (mainly Python)
