仕事内容Job description [Job description]
Responsible for all stages of investment and loan projects, from sourcing to execution to monitoring to collection.
- Structures, contracts, etc. are custom-made for each project. Proceed with the project while involving internal resources, external experts, etc.

■Characteristics of investment and loan projects
- Mainly financing. Preferred stocks, anonymous partnership investments, etc. can also be accommodated.
・Return perspective: 4.5% to 15% → Many special situations and mezzanine loans
・Loan amount per case ranges from several hundred million yen to 10 billion yen
・Corporate loans: Growth funds (venture companies), revitalization funds, bridging loans. Main sourcing destinations are banks, VCs, and advisors
・LBO loan: Acquisition funds when acquiring a company. Main sourcing destination is PE funds (Large ~ Small Cap)
・Real estate non-recourse loan: Real estate acquisition funds. Main sourcing destinations are foreign real estate funds and banks.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
・Required Japanese ability: Business (must be able to write contracts in Japanese)
・Required English ability: Be able to read and write (will interact with overseas clients)

・Bank → Consulting or FAS
・Banks (persons with experience in LBO loans, real estate finance, structured finance, project finance, etc.)
・Securities companies (excluding retail sales)
・M&A advisory
・Investment banking business
*There are hurdles if you only have corporate loan experience at a bank (branch).

・Mega bank → Big4 FAS / 31 years old at the time of joining
