[Job Description]
1. Development of new substrate processing technology for next-generation semiconductor substrates (GaN substrates, SiC substrates, etc.)
2. Processing quality evaluation and analysis of next-generation semiconductor substrates
3. Patent application for developed technology
4. Improving yield and productivity in the substrate processing process
5. Improvement and modification of substrate processing equipment |

【必要な経験・資格】
・物理、化学、機械のいずれかに関する知識
・材料分析、精密加工、材料工学のいずれかに関する知識
【歓迎要件】
・次世代半導体基板(GaN基板、SiC基板など)や化合物半導体基板の結晶加工、
結晶評価、結晶成長に関する技術開発経験
・英語力(TOEIC(R) 600点以上)
[Requirements]
・Knowledge of either physics, chemistry, or mechanics
・Knowledge of material analysis, precision processing, or material engineering
[Preferred requirements]
・Crystal processing of next-generation semiconductor substrates (GaN substrates, SiC substrates, etc.) and compound semiconductor substrates,
Technology development experience related to crystal evaluation and crystal growth
・ English proficiency (TOEIC (R) score of 600 or higher) |
