 仕事内容Job description |
法務担当としてCFO直下で以下の業務などに従事して頂きます。(得意分野のものからお任せ致します)
・契約書、ビジネススキームのリーガルチェック(英文含む)、ドキュメント管理
・商事法務全般(会社設立、登記、株主総会、取締役会資料作成)
・リスク管理、コンプライアンス、IPOに関する業務
・その他CEO、CFO特命案件
As a legal representative, you will work directly under the CFO and will be responsible for the following tasks. (You will be entrusted with the work in your area of expertise)
- Legal check of contracts and business schemes (including English) and document management
- General commercial legal affairs (company establishment, registration, general meetings of shareholders, preparation of materials for board of directors - meetings)
- Risk management, compliance, and IPO-related work
- Other special assignments from CEO and CFO |
