The company is mainly engaged in the contract sales and consulting of various equipment using ultrasonic combined vibration and strong ultrasonic waves for manufacturers, especially the development, manufacturing and sales of room temperature bonding technology using ultrasonic combined vibration and applied equipment based on this technology.

 仕事内容Job description |
財務担当としてCFO直下で以下の業務などに従事して頂きます。(得意分野のものからお任せ致します)
・経営戦略立案、事業計画策定、予実管理、株主・金融機関対応、IR対応
・ピッチ資料作成・実施、デューデリジェンス対応
・市場調査、海外展開支援、M&A、JV、事業提携の立案検討
・CEO、CFO支援(特命案件)
As a finance officer, you will work directly under the CFO and will be responsible for the following tasks. (You will be entrusted with the work in your area of expertise)
- Management strategy planning, business planning, forecast management, shareholder and financial institution support, IR support
- Pitching materials preparation and implementation, due diligence support
- Market research, overseas expansion support, M&A, JV, and business alliance planning
- Support for CEOs and CFOs (special assignments) |
