Specifically, They are developing entertainment services that make full use of AI technology, spatial production using projection mapping, and numerous projects that fuse real and virtual spaces by utilizing XR in Japan and around the world. We have been considering the possibility of using AI to create "beings" that think and move autonomously in the XR space, where real and virtual spaces merge, and have recently been focusing on the development of AI agents that combine large-scale language models, such as ChatGPT. |

クライアントワークおよび自社事業に対し、リアル/バーチャルを問わず、社会課題・企業課題の解決を目的とした戦略プランニング及び体験設計ができる方。潜在的な課題を抽出し、KPIを理解した上で戦略策定を行い、その達成に向けたコンセプト策定からプランニングを行います。ロジカルな思考を持って、オンライン施策におけるUX設計や、リアル系のインタラクティブコンテンツにおけるエクスペリエンスデザイン(体験設計)など幅広いプランニングを行いたい方をお待ちしています。
The candidate must be able to provide strategic planning and experience design for client work and company projects, both real and virtual, with the aim of solving social and corporate issues.
In addition, the candidate must be able to lead and direct a team on a project. The candidate will identify potential issues, formulate strategies based on an understanding of KPIs, and conduct planning from concept formulation to planning to achieve these goals. We are looking for someone who has a logical mindset and wants to do a wide range of planning, including UX design for online initiatives and experience design (experience design) for real-life interactive content. |

【必須要件】
・顧客体験設計・エクスペリエンスデザインの実務経験3年以上。
・戦略立案やコンセプト策定から詳細なUXプランニングまでの全領域の業務経験。
(資料作成、クライアントへのプレゼンテーション実施、実制作のサポートといった一連の業務フロー)
【歓迎要件】
・商業施設の空間演出や興行(ライブや演劇等)の演出経験
・メタバースやデジタルツイン/ミラーワールドの企画・体験設計
・サービスなどのエクスペリエンスデザイン経験
・サービス設計に向けたワークショップなどでのファシリテーション経験
・ゲームプランニングなどエンタメ領域での企画・体験設計
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル(プロジェクト全体または担当領域のマネジメントを行った経験)
[Requirements]
・At least 3 years of experience in customer experience design and experience design.
・Experience in all areas of work from strategic planning and concept development to detailed UX planning.
(A series of work flow such as preparation of materials, implementation of client presentations, and support for actual production)
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience in commercial facility scenography and production of entertainment (live performances, plays, etc.)
・Experience in planning and experience design of metaverse and digital twin/mirror world
・Experience in experience design for services, etc.
・Experience in facilitation of workshops for service design
・Experience in planning and experience design in the entertainment field, such as game planning
・Project management skills (experience managing an entire project or area of responsibility) |
