● ITテクノロジーのスペシャリストとして顧客と技術要件の調整やシステムアーキテクチャーの設計・提案、システム設計を遂行
● Topcoderプラットフォームを用いたコンテストを運営し、システムを構築
● 自社プロダクトの企画・開発
【Topcoderコミュニティや顧客とのコミュニケーションについて】
・コミュニティメンバーとは、Slackを使って英語で行っていただきます。
流暢なビジネス英語の必要はなく、技術的な要件を英語で読み書きできれば問題ないです。
・顧客とはオンラインでMTGすることが多いですが、月に数回訪問することもあります。
客先常駐は一切ありません。
[Job description]
● As an IT technology specialist, coordinate technical requirements with customers, design and propose system architectures, and carry out system design.
● Operate a contest using the Topcoder platform and build a system
● Planning and development of in-house products
[Communication with Topcoder community and customers]
・ Community members will be in English using Slack.

【必須要件】
・3年以上のフロントエンドやバックエンドエンジニアの経験
・ コンピューターサイエンスの基礎
・ プロダクト開発もしくはSI案件におけるシステムアーキテクチャー全体の検討・設計経験
・ プロダクト開発もしくはSI案件におけるシステム開発の実務経験
・ 一つ以上のオブジェクト指向言語に精通している(Java等)
・ 英語の読み書き(チャット(Slack)でグローバルのコミュニティメンバーとのコミュニケーションあり)
・必要な日本語力:N2以上(コミュニケーションが取れればN3でも可能)
【歓迎要件】
・ 関数型言語に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
・ Topcoder 競技者であれば尚可
・ 以下の言語のいずれかに精通していれば尚可
- java. java script. css. html. python
[Requirements]
・ Over 3 years of experience as a front-end or back-end engineer
・ Basics of computer science
・ Experience in studying and designing the entire system architecture in product development or SI projects
・ Practical experience of system development in product development or SI projects
・ Familiar with one or more object-oriented languages (Java, etc.)
・ Reading and writing English (communication with global community members via chat (Slack))
・ Required Japanese ability: N2 or higher (N3 is also possible if you can communicate)
[Preferred requirements]
・ Basic knowledge about functional languages is a plus
・ Topcoder Athletes are a plus
