Their job is to streamline their customers' operations using ERP package software. In these days of drastic changes in work styles and rapid globalization, domestic companies are facing fierce competition for survival, with demands for high quality, diversification, and low costs. Digitization and IT are the most effective means of streamlining operations and reducing costs.
Among these, the core business system (ERP) that forms the core of a company has become indispensable for all companies. The job is to introduce core business systems, so you will need a very wide range of business knowledge and IT skills, including accounting, sales, purchasing, logistics, production, trade, and accounting, but you will be able to acquire a very valuable career.
Specifically, their work involves identifying the customer's business issues, performing FIT & GAP analysis, and then going through a series of processes including requirements definition, design, manufacturing, implementation, education, and maintenance, and then working as a team to implement and operate the system. The scope of your work will vary depending on your experience, but those with PL experience and desire will be responsible for leading and managing project execution, including customer support, progress, and personnel management.
