【お仕事の内容】
プロジェクト管理ツールの開発業務、提供環境のメンテナンス保守を行う仕事をお任せします。また、上記の業務を経て、他メンバーの作業管理を行うリーダー業務をお任せしていく予定です。新しい開発テーマ、お客様の要望などを自身で担当、設計、製造し、自社製品に反映させることができます。定期的なサービスリリースの業務を経て、アジャイル開発手法の考え方に触れながら実務経験を積むことができます。プロジェクト管理で抑えるべきポイントがどこなのか、プロジェクト管理の知識を深めることができます。
【開発環境について】
・1チーム3人～6人、2チーム体制
・4週間単位でのリリース計画に基づく開発を実施中です。
・製品またはクラウド環境に関する要件分析、基本設計、詳細設計、製造、テストのうち、適正と希望を考慮して決定します。
・導入実績220社以上、PMBOKに準拠した統合プロジェクト管理ツールです。
[Job description]
You will be responsible for developing project management tools and maintaining the provision environment. In addition, after completing the above tasks, I will be entrusted with the role of a leader who will manage the work of other members. You can take charge of new development themes, customer requests, etc., design and manufacture them yourself, and reflect them in your own products. Through regular service release work, you can gain practical experience while being exposed to the concept of agile development methods. You can deepen your knowledge of project management and learn what points to keep in mind when managing a project.
[About the development environment]
・2 teams, 3 to 6 people per team
・Development is currently underway based on a 4-week release plan.
・They will decide on requirements analysis, basic design, detailed design, manufacturing, and testing regarding the product or cloud environment, taking into consideration suitability and desire.
・An integrated project management tool that is PMBOK compliant and has been implemented by over 220 companies. |
