仕事内容Job description [Job description]
Currently, there are 20 engineers working at the Vietnam and Philippines offices.
Up until now, the local staff has mainly worked on coding remotely, but from now on, they are planning to assign upstream process work mainly to local office workers, and are building a system for this.
They are looking for someone with offshore experience to build up the system and speed up the process.
The main focus of the job is not "program development" but management of "upstream processes" and "system building".

- Experience in offshore development: 2 years or more
- Web system development experience: 2 years or more

[Preferred requirements]
- Business English skills
- Japanese N2 level or above for foreign nationals
- PM experience in system development
- Experience in product/service planning, planning and launch

Estimated annual income: ¥4.2M - ¥7M, Salary increase / once a year (April), Bonus / twice a year (July and December) *Based on personnel evaluation and performance
Work location: Tokyo
Working hours: 9:30-18:00 (7.5 hours per day / 1 hour break) *Hours: in increments of 15 minutes
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays (however, about once a month Saturdays are worked) *114 days off per year
