Since the establishment in 2006, they have been engaged in peptide drug discovery and development as a biopharmaceutical company. 【お仕事の内容】
構造情報を用いた化合物作用機序のビジュアル化により、創薬開発ステップの加速化に大きく貢献します。
構造生物学手法により、標的タンパク質と候補化合物の三次元構造を解析し、モデリング・インフォマティクスグループに提供しています。
X線構造解析を主軸に、クライオ電顕等、最先端の技術を用い、数多くの構造情報を提供し当社の創薬開発において大きな役割を担っています。
また、併せて創薬ターゲットとなるタンパク質を精製し、社内に供給する機能も担っています。
[Job description]
Visualization of compound mechanisms of action using structural information greatly contributes to the acceleration of drug discovery and development steps.Using structural biology techniques, they analyze the three-dimensional structures of target proteins and candidate compounds and provide them to our modeling and informatics group. Using state-of-the-art technologies such as cryo-electron microscopy, with X-ray structural analysis as the main axis, they provide a large amount of structural information and play a major role in our drug discovery and development. At the same time, they are also responsible for purifying proteins that are drug discovery targets and supplying them to the company. |

【必須要件】
・ 必要な日本語力:ビジネス～ネイティブレベル
・ タンパク質の高純度発現精製
・ X線結晶構造解析またはクライオ電子顕微鏡を用いたタンパク質構造解析経験必須
・ 修士以上
・ データ管理・情報整理能力の高い方
【歓迎要件】
・ 昆虫細胞・動物細胞発現系を用いたタンパク質の作製経験尚可
・ AKTAクロマトグラフィー利用経験歓迎
・ 博士号取得者
・ 企業経験者、海外での研究経験歓迎(ポストドクター経験者含む)
[Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability:Business - Native level Japanese
・ High-purity expression and purification of proteins
・ Experience in protein expression and purification
・ Experience in protein structural analysis using X-ray crystallography or cryo-electron microscopy is required
・ Master's degree or above
・ Highly skilled in data management and information organization
[Preferred requirements]
・ Experience producing protein using insect cell/animal cell expression system preferred
・ Experience using AKTA chromatography is welcome
・ Ph.D. holder
・ People with company experience and overseas research experience welcome (including postdoctoral researchers) |
