 仕事内容Job description |
CTO候補として、技術開発・事業開発について経営側から関わっていただきます。研究開発部・ビジネス開発部で横断的に技術面のリードをお任せします。
1. 事業計画を達成する為、必要とされる技術開発方針の策定と実施
2. 受託開発・プロダクト開発の両部門において、技術面のリードを行う
3. 社員、パートナー企業の持つ技術スキルや課題を把握し、事業計画遂行に必要な提言や改善を行う
4. 社員の育成と採用方針の策定
IPO実現をめざす企業成長ステージは事業の急成長を図るミドル期と位置付けられます。
この期において、弊社主要事業である受託開発とプロダクト事業で、CTOとなられる方には以下の役割を期待しております。
1. 受託開発事業
粗利改善の為、生産性向、技術面での無理はないか、リスクはないか、見積もりは妥当かなど技術面からの提言
2. ストック事業 (プロダクト化)
フロー事業(受託開発)からプロダクトに代表されるストック事業化の為に技術面のリードをお任せしたい
As a CTO candidate, you will be involved in technology and business development from the management side. You will be responsible for leading technical aspects across the research and development department and business development department.
1. Formulation and implementation of technology development policies required to achieve business plans
2. Provide technical leadership in both commissioned development and product development departments.
3. Understand the technical skills and issues of employees and partner companies, and make recommendations and improvements necessary to execute business plans.
4. Developing employees and formulating recruitment policies
The corporate growth stage in which a company aims to realize an IPO is positioned as the middle stage of rapid business growth.
During this period, the company expects the CTO to fulfill the following roles in our main business, contract development and product business.
1. Contract development business
In order to improve gross profit, the company provides technical recommendations such as productivity ratio, whether it is technically reasonable, whether there are any risks, and whether the estimate is reasonable.
2. Stock business (productization)
You will be technical lead in order to transform the flow business (contracted development) into a stock business represented by products. |

・ 機械学習、ディープラーニング、最適化アルゴリズム等、AI技術に関する事業会社にて、テックリードまたはCTO経験をお持ちの方

・プロジェクトの中心としてユーザーに適切に説明が可能な博士号修得研究者レベルの方

Trial period: 3 months
