・サービス改善や事業拡大の検討、サービス立ち上げの全般リードやパートナーアライアンス
・事業計画の達成に必要な施策、組織構成、予算等の思案
・組織OKRの設定、運用、組織マネジメント
[Job description]
・Lead all aspects of service launch and partner alliances, as well as study service improvement and business expansion
・Planning of measures, organization structure, budget, etc. necessary to achieve the business plan
・Establishment and operation of organizational OKRs and organizational management |

・原価や売上KPIのブレークダウンを含む、プロジェクトまたは会社の事業計画作成/管理経験
・企画書・提案資料の作成/提案/契約締結経験
・エンジニアやデザイナー、クリエイターとの協業経験
【歓迎要件】
・ エンターテインメント・ゲーム業界での就業経験
・事業計画の管理経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
[Requirements]
・Japanese language skills required: Business
・Experience in creating/managing project or company business plans, including cost and sales KPI breakdowns
・Experience in creating proposals/proposal materials/executing contracts
・Experience collaborating with engineers, designers and creators
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience working in the entertainment and gaming industry
・Experience managing business plans
