Aiming to create a world with 100% renewable energy, this company is developing an electric power business that covers renewable energy development. 案件組成及び案件受注に向けた一連の業務をご担当して頂きます。これまでのご経験並びに部内の業務負荷を考慮し、どの業務に重点を置くか決めさせて頂きます。
【自社開発案件】
・開発案件組成に向けた戦略立案及び実行
・地権者との交渉並びにクロージング
・投資家との交渉並びにクロージング
・部門長並びにチームリーダーへのレポーティング
・他部門(エンジニアリング部、プロジェクトマネージメント部他)との連携
・案件毎の収支計算、リスク評価
【EPC案件】
・EPC案件受注に向けた戦略立案及び実行
・見積作成並びに顧客への提案
・顧客との交渉並びにクロージング
・部門長並びにチームリーダーへのレポーティング
・他部門(エンジニアリング部、プロジェクトマネージメント部他)との連携
[Job description]
You will be in charge of a series of operations for project composition and project orders. The company will decide which work to focus on, taking into consideration your experience and the work load in the department.
[In-house development project]
・Strategy planning and execution for development project composition
・Negotiation and closing with the land owner
・Negotiation and closing with investors
・Reporting to department heads and team leaders
・Collaboration with other departments (engineering department, project management department, etc.)
・Calculation of income and expenditure for each project, risk assessment
[EPC projects]
・Strategy planning and execution for EPC project orders
・Creating quotations and making proposals to customers

※原則、在宅勤務とフレックスOK。
※週一回程度のオフィスに出社が必要です。
※月に2~3回程度出張が発生します。
※通勤費は月5万を上限に支給されます。
勤務時間 :フレックス制 基本8時間/日 *在宅勤務制度あり
休日・休暇:土日祝(振替対応あり)、年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇、特別休暇(結婚、忌引など)、産前産後休暇、育児休業(男性社員取得実績あり)など
