仕事内容Job description [Job description]
You will be involved in a system development project for financial services, from requirements definition to release.
As a tech lead (lead engineer), You are required to understand the business requirements and logically organize the advantages and disadvantages of multiple implementation methods from upstream process design, appropriate architecture, technology selection, code review, quality control, etc. for development. You will be in charge of related coordination and implementation.
You are required to customer requirements, provides technical support, investigates feasibility, creates documentation, and after the service is released, handle technical inquiries from customers and partners based on technical specifications.

応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
・More than 3 years of practical experience with general-purpose programming languages (Go, Java, C/C++, C#, Objective-C/Swift, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
・3 years or more practical experience in system design, 3 years or more practical experience in system operation
・More than 3 years of practical experience in IT system consulting support, systemization plan formulation, and system construction project management/promotion for financial institutions
・Full development experience from requirements definition to release/maintenance in system development under consignment contract

Satisfy the following levels in the IT skill standard
・Specification understanding: IT consultant Lv4, IT architect Lv4, software development Lv3 required (server-side or front end)
・ Project Lead: Project Management (System Development) Lv4

・Examination of the overall project architecture, system construction considering scalability, technology selection
・Knowledge to design and implement functional requirements (authentication, API, etc.) and non-functional requirements in a cloud environment
・Proposals, explanations, and persuasion to stakeholders based on the above results
・Security in each process, process promotion, and quality assurance from technical aspects
・Formulation of development rules, development process, system control, management of development environment
・Review of each document including design documents (help with creation if necessary)
・Code review (creation help available if necessary)
・Triage and crisis management for project risks and incidents, problem resolution

・Development experience using AWS
・Experience developing and operating server-side applications with a large number of users

・Experience with some project frameworks such as Scrum development and XP
