 仕事内容Job description |

【主な業務内容】
・プロジェクトチームを編成・育成し、最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう目的、方向性、モチベーションを提供
・技術職を含むクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトチームを率い管理
・プロジェクトチームへの技術的な専門知識の提供・指導
・技術的ステークホルダーと連携し、最適な技術ソリューションを検討・決定
・要件定義からデプロイまでプロジェクトをリードし、スケジュール、範囲、予算見積、実行計画(リスク対応を含む)を策定
・各部門のプロジェクトメンバーと協働し、プロジェクトがスケジュール、範囲、予算内で進行するよう社内外リソースを調整
・プロジェクト進捗を分析し、必要に応じて範囲、スケジュール、コストを調整しながら要件に沿った進行を管理
・クライアント担当者と適切な関係を構築し、日々の進捗状況や変更点を報告
・プロジェクト実行全体を通じて業界のベストプラクティス、手法、基準を活用
・定期的に進捗をマネジメント層へ報告し、求めるイノベーションが実現できているか確認

production experience as well as strong work plan development and progress oversight skills.
■ Responsibilities
・ Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
・ Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including technical professionals.
・ Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
・ Collaborate with technical stakeholders to determine the most suitable technical solutions.
・ Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules,
scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
. To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
・ Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
・ Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
・ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
・ Prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved. |

・ソフトウェア開発業界で経験を持ち、技術力が高いこと
・クライアントや社内ステークホルダーとの積極的なコミュニケーションが取れること
・環境や優先順位の変化に迅速に対応できる柔軟性
・ユーザビリティを重視したWeb技術やソフトウェアプラットフォーム開発の実務経験
・英語・日本語での優れた文章および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
・高い分析力、プレゼンテーション能力、ドキュメンテーション能力
■ Requirements
・Candidate should have experience in the software development industry
with strong technical skills
・Confidence in communicating proactively with clients and internal stakeholders
・Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
・Hands-on experience with developing web technologies or software platforms for
maximum usability
・Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
・Good analytical , presentation, and documentation skills |
