By putting advanced "visual and tactile" technology from universities into practical use, they aim to expand the application area of robots and machines in the real world and solve various social issues. The core technology is the concept of "recreating the tactile sensation based on the image (camera)". Because it uses a camera (high resolution), the force distribution and slip distribution are high resolution compared to other types of tactile sensors. By mounting a visual-tactile sensor on the fingertips of a robot hand, they invented a control robot that works as same as humans handle objects using the sensation of the "palm". With the motto of "creating cutting-edge technology and popularizing it," they will continue to create technology that is reasonable and easy to use for everyone.
They develop and introduce a robot system equipped with a visual and tactile sensor to meet the challenges of the industry. 【お仕事の内容】
・多品種生産(日替わり弁当/週替わり食材等)を行う食品工場に向けて、これまで実現が困難とされてきた、食品ピッキングロボットによる省人化・自動化ソリューションを導入します。
・以下の役割を担って頂くことを期待しています。
1.ロボットを活用した次世代型食品工場の生産プロセスの将来像策定。
2. ソリューションの技術構成要素および、インテグ
レーションの検討・実装。
3. 段階的にマイルストーンを達成するためのロード
マップ・開発計画を策定し、実行
4. マザー工場化した次世代型食品工場の横展開
を見据えたソリューション化
5. チームビルディング
・ This role introduce labor-saving and automation solutions with food picking robots, mainly for food factories.
Our expectations for this role are as follows.
・ Develop a vision for the future of next-generation food factory production processes using robots.
・ Review and implement the technology components for the solutions.
・ Plan and Execute a roadmap to achieve milestones in stages.
・ Solutionize the next-generation food factory that will work as “mother factory” to achieve horizontal development.
