You will be assigned to the Corporate Planning Department and will be responsible for the following tasks directly under the CFO.
Business strategy formulation: Planning long-term business strategies based on the company's vision and goals. Analyzing market trends and competitive conditions, researching the internal and external environment, and providing information for strategic decision-making.
Business plan formulation: Integrating business strategies into concrete business plans. Setting sales targets, creating budgets, and formulating plans to achieve organizational goals based on coordination with each department.
KPI setting and monitoring: Setting performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating and monitoring the performance of each department.
Reporting on business performance to management and proposing necessary measures and improvements based on regular report preparation and data analysis.
