<開発業務>
1.新事業にかかわる金属製品の開発・設計。
2.現状の量産工程に置換わる新工程を検討し、工法の成立性を検証する。
<設計業務>
1.Design review・FMEAを行い、製品仕様の決定の実施。
2.新工程案の作成。
3.製品図面と構成部品図面の作成。
4.試作品の機能評価。
※配属は経験を考慮のうえ、選考後に決定いたします。

1. Development and design of metal products related to new business.
2. Consider a new process to replace the current mass production process and verify the feasibility of the construction method.
1. Perform design review and FMEA to determine product specifications.
2. Creating a new process plan.
3. Creation of product drawings and component drawings.
4. Function evaluation of the prototype.

【必須要件】
・CADを使用し、図面作成ができる方。
【いずれか必須】
・金属製品の設計経験があり、社外設計者と仕様調整(交渉)の経験がある方。
・工程設計の経験がある方。
【歓迎要件】
・樹脂成形・プレス・鍛造の金型設計の経験や知識がある方。
・材料力学の知識がある方。
・海外出張及び出向経験者の方。
■ Development, design, prototyping, and analysis of resin products
Development work
1) New development of resin products (independent development) for cooling pipe orders from domestic and overseas manufacturers
2) Product specification examination and product design work for non-automotive resin cooling pipes
Design work
1) Specification study and product design work incorporating VA / VE to continue receiving orders for fuel piping
2) Improved design of quick connector and development of new mechanism connector
3) Development of new construction method for resin piping (long bending, intermediate spool, press fitting) 1) Improvement of prototype construction method and development of new construction method
4) Manufacture, inspection, and delivery of prototypes and spare parts
5) Improvement of production control system for prototypes and spare parts
Analysis
1) Implementation of product evaluation for customers
2) Examine the content of new required performance and exchange SPEC
3) Advancement of evaluation technology and pursuit of high evaluation |

・押出成形に関する知識
・HPC等の熱設計に関する知識
[Requirements]
・Those who can create drawings using CAD.
[One of them below is required]
・Those who have experience in designing metal products and have experience in adjusting specifications (negotiating) with external designers.
・Those who have experience in process design.
[Preferred requirements]
・Those who have experience and knowledge of mold design for resin molding, press, and forging.
・Those who have knowledge of material mechanics.
・Those who have experience of overseas business trips and secondments. |
