This position is for an Engineering Manager in the team responsible for creating AR entertainment experiences played worldwide. You will lead a global team of engineers from various countries, committing to overcoming language and cultural barriers and solving organizational challenges, while building a team where engineers can thrive. Additionally, one of the highlights of this position is collaborating with product managers and game designers to think about "how to create truly enjoyable experiences."
You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of the team members and creating a team that represents the forefront of AR technology in Asia.

[Requirements]
・3+ years of experience in team management such as engineering manager, tech lead, technical manager, etc.
・Experience in utilizing Unity 3D and C#
・Experience in game development, including mobile games/game design
・Something related to high-level skill in technology of architecture, OOP or CI
・English proficiency: Native, bilingual proficiency or professional working proficiency
[Preferred requirements]
・Knowledge of AR, VR and Game Physics
・Experience in mentoring, management, team building, and career development of team members
・Demonstrated leadership experience in an internationalized team
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
・Japanese proficiency: Native, bilingual proficiency or professional working proficiency
