具体的な業務
・当社開発の金属加熱/リサイクル装置の現地立ち上げ・調整業務
・顧客現場における試運転サポートおよび技術指導
・トラブル対応、修理・保守業務(メカ/電気/制御)
・顧客からの技術的問い合わせへの対応および社内へのフィードバック
・国内外(特に北米)への出張対応
Specific Duties:
On-site commissioning and adjustment of the company’s developed metal heating and recycling equipment
Support for trial operations and technical guidance at customer sites
Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance (mechanical, electrical, and control systems)
Responding to technical inquiries from customers and providing feedback internally
Business trips domestically and internationally (especially to North America) |

必須要件
・工作機械、生産設備、搬送ロボット、重機等の保守点検、サポートサービスのご経験2年以上
・ビジネス英語上級(1人でアメリカ拠点のメンバーとweb会議ができるレベル)
歓迎要件
・顧客向けの報告資料、操作マニュアルを作成したご経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語、または日本語を勉強する意欲
Key Responsibilities:
On-site commissioning and adjustment of metal heating and recycling equipment developed by the company
Support for trial operations and providing technical guidance at customer sites
Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance (mechanical, electrical, and control systems)
Responding to technical inquiries from customers and providing internal feedback
Business trips both domestically and internationally (especially to North America)
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, inspection, or support services for machine tools, production equipment, conveyor robots, heavy machinery, etc.
Advanced business-level English (able to conduct web meetings independently with team members at the U.S. office)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating customer-facing reports and operation manuals
Business-level Japanese or willingness to learn Japanese |
