【業務内容】
日本のお客様およびメンバーとベトナムのプロジェクトマネージャやAIエンジニア、開発者との懸け橋となり、弊社のAIソリューションの導入に携わって頂きます。コミュニケーションを仲介するだけではなく、顧客から受領したデータの分析や要件定義書の作成、レポートの作成等、プロジェクト全体の推進をして頂く役割となります。 具体的には、以下のような業務となります。
・ビジネス要件の詳細化と開発メンバーへの共有
・ベトナムのPMと共同してプロジェクト全体を管理
・開発チームが作成した成果物の品質保証
また、プロジェクトマネージャーやプリセールスフェーズでの提案書作成や見積など、ご志向やスキルに応じて、様々なことにチャレンジして頂けるポジションとなります。

[Job description]
You will be a bridge between Japanese customers and members and Vietnamese project managers, AI engineers, and developers, and will be involved in the introduction of our AI solutions. In addition to acting as an intermediary for communication, it is also a role to promote the entire project, such as analyzing data received from customers, creating requirement definition documents, and creating reports. Specifically, the work will be as follows.
・Detailed business requirements and sharing with development members
・Manage the entire project in collaboration with PM in Vietnam
・Quality assurance of deliverables created by the development team
In addition, depending on your orientation and skills, you will be able to challenge various things such as project manager and proposal creation and quotation in the pre-sales phase. |

【必須スキル】
・Webをベースとした業務アプリケーションの設計から開発、テストまでの一連のソフトウェア開発工程のご経験
・日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2またはN2相当レベル以上
・ベトナム語(ネイティブレベル)

・PMもしくはチームリーダーとしての顧客折衝・メンバーマネジメントのご経験
・Pythonでの開発経験
・ブリッジSEのご経験

[Requirements]
・Experience in a series of software development processes from web-based business application design to development and testing
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or equivalent level or higher
・Vietnamese (native level)

・Development experience in Python

Salary revision: Twice a year
Trial period: 6 months after joining the company (same conditions as regular employment)
Working hours: Flextime system (core time 11:00-16:00)
* Basic working hours: 9:00-18:00 (prescribed working hours: 8 hours; break: 60 minutes)
Holidays/vacations: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, annual paid leave (3 days at the time of joining the company, 10 days after 6 months of employment), maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave (as required by law) ), marriage leave, congratulations or condolences, year-end and New Year holidays, etc. *Annual holidays: 122 days
Welfare: Various social insurance (participation in IT software health insurance association), commuting transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen per month)
