Job Description
As a manager of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Recruitment strategy and execution
Annual planning and execution management of mid-career, new graduates, and people with disabilities recruitment
Definition of recruitment requirements and position design
Recruitment KPI management and reporting
Population development and marketing
Recruitment channel optimization (agents, media, referrals, etc.)
Recruitment branding and PR planning and execution
Recruitment management tool implementation and operation improvement
Screening
Screening and interviewing
Collaboration with interviewers, evaluation quality improvement
Follow-up and closing of job offers
Agent management
Relationship building and contract negotiation with multiple agents
Team management
People management of recruiting team (currently 4 members + RPO)
応募資格Requirement Required Requirements
More than 5 years HR experience at a business company
Experience in recruitment projects of more than 100 people per year
Able to handle recruitment strategy planning to execution consistently
Experience in planning and execution of agent and recruitment PR
Business level English and Japanese language skills

Welcome requirements
Experience in new graduate recruitment and internship design
Experience in planning employment of people with disabilities
Experience in team management (regardless of number of people)
