仕事内容Job description [Recruitment Guidelines]
The Global IT Department is an organization that formulates IT strategies and plans for the entire group based on business strategies and mid-term management plans, and promotes the planning, development, and deployment of mission-critical systems. It also directs and supervises security measures against enterprise-wide cyber risks across divisions and countries.
In this position, you will assist in the successful completion of various projects led by the global IT department (“global projects”). This position will be responsible for promoting projects with an awareness of overall optimization, while collaborating with local or other departments' projects that are closely related to the global projects.
In addition, you will be responsible for promoting the standardization and efficiency of project management methods, improving the organization's project execution capabilities, and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities】
・Standardization of project management
Establish a unified and efficient management system by developing and introducing project management methods and rules within the organization
・Progress and quality management
Monitor project progress and quality of deliverables, identify issues, and support implementation of improvement measures
・Resource and cost optimization
Maximize overall performance by optimizing the allocation of human resources and budgets across multiple projects
・Project environment development
Introduce, improve, and manage the tools, infrastructure, and business processes necessary for project execution
・Project manager support
Support decision-making and problem solving to facilitate smooth project execution Support project managers in decision-making and problem-solving to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Overview]
The company is a sports manufacturer with over 2,500 employees worldwide and 1,500 in Japan. The company is currently pursuing a strategy of expanding sales globally, with the goal of doubling or tripling its current sales in the future. Therefore, the number of employees will continue to increase. In addition, they will need to introduce IT systems and DX, and the number of IT personnel required is expected to increase from the current 60 to more than 100. Therefore, they have established a Global IT team from July 2025 to oversee the entire global operations. This position will be assigned as a founding member of the Global IT team.

They have implemented SAP as our ERP system. The Global IT team is currently aiming to introduce and penetrate SAP in the US first. (Other ERP systems are currently being implemented.)

Experience in project promotion of some kind, such as progress management and coordination with related parties in a project *Experience in an official title as PM/PMO is not required
Basic understanding of project management methods (PMBOK etc.) Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK)
Experience in communication and coordination with members and related departments
Experience in creating and reporting documents using Excel and PowerPoint
Interest and willingness to organize business issues and improve business processes

[Welcome skills and experience]
Experience managing multiple projects across the board
Experience working in IT or consulting industry (especially PMO experience is welcome)
Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Redmine, MS Project, etc.)
