仕事内容Job description The Global IT Department is responsible for formulating Group IT strategies and plans in line with business strategies and mid-term plans, planning, developing, and deploying strategic mission-critical systems, and directing and supervising the implementation of security measures against corporate cyber risks, across departmental boundaries and across countries.
This position is responsible for IT operations that are consistent with the global IT strategy and appropriate to each company's business. This position is responsible for managing and supporting the IT organization and IT operations of each company in the group.

Specific duties】
Reporting: Understand the status of each company's IT organization: Periodically assess the status and report to the CIO on major issues (KPI/KGI, etc.). When deemed necessary, report appropriately to the CIO on a case-by-case basis, and obtain necessary advice and follow-up action as appropriate.
Collaboration: Discuss best practices and other unique local measures and methods that are also valuable and meaningful to other sites, and take the initiative to incorporate them into global operations and horizontally deploy them to other sites and companies.
Governance and control of each company's IT organization: Work with Global IT specialists on global IT systems, global information security, global IT policies, etc., promote deployment, manage progress, and monitor operational status.
Budget management: Budget tracking and reconciliation: Work with Global IT - IT Planning to align budgets between each company's IT organization and Global IT.
Other: Develop and implement IT strategies for each company's IT organization, manage IT infrastructure, security measures, IT cost management, implementation and operation of business systems, training and management of IT personnel, and support collaboration and communication with Global IT, the parent organization of each company.

Position Summary]
The company is currently undergoing a growth strategy to further expand its global sales, and in the future aims to double or triple its current sales. In this context, the introduction of IT systems and the promotion of DX are urgent tasks in line with the increase in the number of employees and the sophistication of business operations.
Against this backdrop, the “Global IT Team” was newly established in July 2025, creating an organizational structure to oversee the entire global operations. This position will play an important role in supporting IT governance and the execution of the global IT strategy as a founding member of the Global IT Team.
