【業務概要】
社内外に提供するAPIの開発(Go/Python)
Webフロントエンド開発(Next.js & TypeScript)
統合データ分析基盤の構築(BigQuery)
HTTPやgRPCを用いた他サービスやAPIとの連携
CloudSQLを用いたDBのテーブル設計・運用
リリース管理、運用保守、インシデント対応、オンコール対応
チームビルディングやベストプラクティスの共有
経営陣やプロダクトオーナーと連携し、情報の収集・文書化・実装への落とし込み

A mission-driven team is building an ecosystem for used smart devices under the guiding principle: "Deliver the next value you can be proud to share with those who matter most." They provide services to a wide range of stakeholders—including individual customers, corporate clients, and internal users—each with their own distinct challenges and needs. With fully in-house development, they are able to respond flexibly and effectively to these challenges. They are currently seeking engineers capable of building scalable, highly available, and robust systems such as web services, APIs, and data analytics infrastructure.
【Overview】 - Development of APIs for internal and external use (Go/Python) - Web frontend development (Next.js & TypeScript) - Building integrated data analytics platforms (BigQuery) - Integration with internal and external systems via HTTP and gRPC - Designing and maintaining databases using CloudSQL - Releasing, maintaining, and monitoring systems, including incident response and on-call rotations - Team building and sharing engineering best practices - Working with executives and product owners to gather, document, and implement requirements
【Examples of Responsibilities】 - Development and maintenance of customer-facing platforms, including a device trade-in and resale service - Development and operation of inventory and sales management systems for internal operations - Launch of B2B SaaS systems - Construction of a data warehouse (DWH) - Development and management of master data systems

【必須スキル】
・日本語力(N1レベル)
・コンピュータサイエンスや情報工学の学位、またはそれに準ずる実践経験
・2年以上 Webアプリケーションの開発・運用経験
・サービス全体の技術選択やアーキテクチャ設計・構築を行った経験
・RDB のテーブル設計や運用経験
・GCP、 AWS などのパブリッククラウドでのサーバレスプロダクトの運用経験
・コンテナ技術・データベース・情報セキュリティに関わる知識
【歓迎スキル】
・React, TypeScript などを用いたフロントエンド開発の経験
・アプリケーションデータと DWH の連携の経験
・サービス全体の設計や運用構築をリードし、チームを率いてプロジェクトを推進した経験
・Bubble を例としたノーコードツールを用いてアプリを開発した経験
・マルチテナントの SaaS や認証・認可サービスの開発経験
・Protocol Buffer を用いた gRPCによるAPI連携システム構築
・複雑かつ曖昧な情報からイシューを整理し行動に繋げるスキル
・テックリードとしてチームを率いた経験やチームの立ち上げ経験
・お客様の体験を意識し主体的に提案・開発出来る
・様々なステークホルダーと折衝し技術的な内容を非エンジニアにもわかりやすく論理的に説明できるスキル

【Must-Have Skills】 Japanese language skills at JLPT N1 level. Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or similar practical experience. At least 2 years experience developing and running web apps. Experience making tech decisions and designing overall service architecture. Experience designing and managing relational database (RDB) tables. Experience working with serverless products on public clouds like GCP or AWS. Basic knowledge of container tech, databases, and info security.
【Nice-to-Have Skills】 Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript. Experience connecting app data with a data warehouse (DWH). Led design and operation of entire services and managed projects as a team leader. Built apps using no-code tools like Bubble. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and auth/authz systems. Built API systems using gRPC and Protocol Buffers. Good at breaking down complex or unclear info into clear issues and actions. Experience as a tech lead or helped start a tech team. Proactively suggest and develop features with user experience in mind. Able to explain tech stuff clearly and logically to non-tech people and collaborate with various stakeholders. Business-level English for smooth remote meetings. |
