当社では研究開発を少数精鋭で行っております。これまで培ってきた量産技術(トン/年)をもとに、更なる量産技術の確立を目指しています。当社のセカンド・ジェネレーション量産技術をゼロから一緒に作り上げてくれる人材を求めます。
【職務内容】
当社CNT量産に向けた生産設備の設計・組み立て・調整を行っていただきます。
■新規設備の設計(仕様決定、外注様との打ち合わせ)、製造及び組み立て調整
■電気設計、制御設計 PLCプログラム設計
■既存設備の改良・改善及び保全業務
■設備チームのマネジメント作業
※実際の設計は協力会社に一部外注することもございます。

[Expected Role]
Their company conducts research and development with a small elite team. Based on the mass production technology they have cultivated so far (tons/year), they aim to establish further mass production technology. They are looking for individuals who can help them build their second-generation mass production technology from the ground up.
[Job Description]
You will be responsible for the design, assembly, and adjustment of production equipment for CNT mass production.
Design of new equipment (specification determination, meetings with subcontractors), manufacturing, and assembly adjustments
Electrical design, control design, and PLC program design
Improvement and maintenance of existing equipment
Management tasks for the equipment team
Note: Some actual design work may be outsourced to partner companies.

Their first-generation CNT production equipment has already been completed, and the next-generation CNT produced by it is being used by various companies. Their next-generation CNT is highly anticipated for its excellent performance, and they are under pressure to expand production and further reduce costs. Therefore, they would like to expand the second-generation mass production equipment and technology that they have been working on for several years, primarily in Japan. They are seeking colleagues to share in the responsibility of our second generation.

[About the Company and Industry]
Due to the background of our representative, we have consolidated the advantages of Japan, the United States, and China, and have been a startup company that has expanded globally since its inception. Based on these advantages, we aim to realize the social implementation of CNT.
Currently, China is the largest market for CNT, valued at several trillion yen. However, maintaining mass production quality while controlling each CNT is very challenging, making it difficult to penetrate markets outside of China. Our company possesses the technological capability to mass-produce high-quality CNT, and we are confident that the demand for their CNT will increase globally, primarily in the manufacturing sector. |

・PLCプログラムの設計でバックのできる方
・サーボモータのPLC制御経験がある方
・制御盤設計の経験がある方 (ECADを使用しています)
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力

・仕様から設計に落とし込める方
・ヒーター、真空、サーボモータを用いた設備設計の経験がある方
・IOTの設備導入経験がある方
・制御盤、配線工事経験がある方
[Requirements]
- Experience in setting up production equipment (electrical control)
- Ability to design PLC programs
- Experience in PLC control of servo motors
- Experience in control panel design (using ECAD)
- Business-level Japanese language skills
[Preferred Requirements]
- Ability to translate specifications into designs
- Experience in equipment design using heaters, vacuum systems, and servo motors
- Experience in the introduction of IoT equipment
