We are looking for a person who can raise the corporate value of a Japanese AI venture to a global level.

As one of the world's leading AI ventures with LLMs and having already succeeded in monetizing multiple products, we have decided to launch a new US base as soon as possible.

We are therefore looking for a US base manager to be responsible for launching business in the US, building alliances, and launching organizations.

■Job description
As the US base launch manager, you will lead the launch of US business based on management and business goals to achieve our mission and vision, and will also be in charge of managing the US base. In order to aim for speedy business launch and lasting business development in the US base together with the CEO and CFO, you will be responsible for the overall launch of the US base, mainly in North America, communication with VCs, and launching organizations, which will contribute to maximizing the corporate value of Japanese AI companies.

-Research and planning of business models in the US market
-Planning and executing strategies for business growth
-Setting and executing team goals and indicators (KGI/KPI)
-Developing new customers, mainly enterprise customers
-Planning recruitment and training for business growth
-Management, training and recruitment of US base members

Speedy launch of US base
Planning strategies and business plans for the US base for the company's overall management and business plans
Promoting business development and new customer development to realize the business plans
Forming a team to realize business growth in the US base
Continuously producing successors and next-generation leaders for the sustainable development of the company and business

Experience in launching or operating an overseas business as a manager or country manager
Experience planning and executing sales strategies for enterprise customers
Experience in business promotion or consulting in the US/native English speaking countries
Experience in formulating management and business strategies
Experience in new business development or launching and developing new products
Owns unique connections and networks with potential major US clients
Advanced to native level business English proficiency
Management experience
Experience in AI-related projects
Knowledge of AI/machine learning, Web3, blockchain, distributed computing, etc.

■Desired profile
Someone with no problems with English proficiency, deep knowledge of the US market, and unique connections and networks with clients
Someone with experience in launching or operating an overseas business as a manager or country manager
Someone with sufficient sales experience in BtoB sales (annual budget achievement rate of 150%, sales MVP award, etc.)
Someone with extensive experience communicating with CXO layers of large companies
Someone with a good head for business and the ability to do even the hard work to achieve goals
Someone who enjoys the speed and chaos of a venture
