[Company Overview]
The recruiting company is a carve-out corporation of an AI and robotics company established in 2022 from the University of Tokyo. The recruiting company develops and provides ultra-efficient automated warehouse systems using cutting-edge robotics technology and mathematical algorithms. This system is equipped with the industry's fastest shuttles, lifting units, and simultaneous control algorithms, enabling "one-stop packaging" in which picking, consolidation, and packaging are all performed by a single worker. スマート倉庫プロジェクトの業務システム開発において、バックエンドエンジニアとして自社サービスの継続的な改善に向けてサーバーサイドの開発を担っていただきます。
・バックエンドシステムの設計,開発,テスト,運用
・組み込みシステムやフロントエンド、計画最適化システム、顧客システムとの連携に関する通信設計
・監視システムの構築,運用
・組織の生産性向上に向けた技術投資
・メンバーのマネジメント

As a back-end engineer, you will be responsible for server-side development to continuously improve our company's services in the business system development of the smart warehouse project.
-Back-end system design, development, testing, and operation
-Communication design for integration with embedded systems, front-end, planning optimization systems, and customer systems
-Construction and operation of monitoring systems
- Technology investment to improve organizational productivity

・クラウド上でのToB向けWebアプリケーション開発経験
・稼働中のサービスを対象とした開発経験
・チームでの開発経験(目安3年以上)
・3人以上のメンバーのマネジメント経験
<スキル>
・DB (RDB, NoSQL, etc) におけるスキーマの設計、効率的なクエリ作成
・Githubを用いた開発経験

・WMS の開発経験
・機械学習などのシステムをつなぐデータパイプラインの設計,開発経験
<スキル>
