【業務内容】
主に原稿の執筆やリライト、編集作業を担当いただきます。
・お客様から提供された元原稿を参考に、新しい原稿を書いたり、既存の原稿を書き直したりすること。
・データオペレーターが適切にデータを作成できるよう、原稿の内容を具体的に指示すること。
・日本語と英語の原稿を中心に編集作業を行うこと。英語以外の外国語の場合は、翻訳の手配やレイアウトのチェックが主な作業になります。
・基本的には一人で丁寧に編集作業を進めますが、チームのメンバーと協力しながら作業を行うこともあります。
・先輩社員の指導を受けながら、経験を積み重ねていきます。個人の特性や長所に応じて、様々な分野の経験を積むことができます。
お客様の元資料を基に、わかりやすい原稿を作成し、適切な指示を出しながら、チームと協力して編集・制作業務を行う仕事です。経験を重ねることで、自分の得意分野を活かせる環境です。
[Job Description]
You will mainly be responsible for writing, rewriting, and editing manuscripts.
-Write new manuscripts and rewrite existing manuscripts based on the original manuscripts provided by the customer.
-Give specific instructions on the contents of the manuscripts so that data operators can create data appropriately.
-Perform editing work mainly on Japanese and English manuscripts. For foreign languages other than English, your main tasks will be arranging for translation and checking the layout.
-Basically, you will carefully proceed with editing work alone, but you may also work in cooperation with team members.
-Gain experience under the guidance of senior employees. You can gain experience in various fields according to your individual characteristics and strengths.
This job involves creating easy-to-understand manuscripts based on the customer's original materials, giving appropriate instructions, and working with the team to perform editing and production work. This is an environment where you can make use of your strengths by gaining experience. |

・日本語ビジネスレベル以上(社内及びお客様と円滑にコミュニケーションが図れるレベル)
・英語がネイティブレベル
・あるいは、英語以外の語学レベルがビジネスレベル以上(英語だけでなくドイツ語、フランス語、スペイン語が堪能な方も歓迎します。)
・機械関連業務の興味・関心が高い方(自動車、農業機械、建設機械、エンジン等)
・通訳・翻訳といった「言葉(外国語や母国語)に限定した仕事」を希望される方
・事務業務メインのご経験や定型業務のみを経験されてきた方、または事務業務や定型業務を希望する方
・コミュニケーションが苦手な方
・企画ごとが苦手な方
【歓迎要件】
・DTP(Adobe系ソフト)の経験、または有資格者
・各種媒体(書籍、印刷、雑誌、WEBなど)の制作経験
