[Job Summary]
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the expansion of our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be supporting the Chief Business Officer in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within Japan and internationally.

<Key Responsibilities>
1. Pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base in the CGT sector, with a primary focus on the Japanese market with potential international activities.
2. Implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
4. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials tailored to both Japanese and international audiences.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our products and services.
7. Provide monthly reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends to the management.
応募資格Requirement [Required requirements]
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience and proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing within the biotech or life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of the Cell and Gene Therapy market and technology landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proficiency in managing paperwork, contracts, and invoices follow-up to ensure smooth transactions and compliance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events, with a focus on the Japanese market while also engaging in potential international activities.
