This is an environment where you can work mainly in a hybrid work environment of coming to work and working from home. Depending on some assigned projects, there is a possibility of working at the customer's site or company at all times. The detailed work location will be decided after you join the company.

Working hours: 9:00-18:15 (breaks 12:00-13:00, 15:00-15:15 / 8 hours per shift)

Overtime allowance
Monthly salary of 500,000 yen or more (including fixed overtime allowance)
Fixed overtime allowance for monthly salary of 500,000 yen or more is paid for overtime work on holidays and late-night work.
Fixed overtime pay is paid for 30 hours regardless of whether or not overtime is worked, ranging from 126,600 to 237,400 yen per month
Overtime for working on holidays and late-night work in excess of the above will be paid additionally.
