【お仕事の内容】
半導体・液晶製造装置の技術担当として業務をご担当頂きます。
電子機器に組み込まれています、「半導体」に不可欠な「シリコンウェハー」という素材を研磨・洗浄する等の機能をもった装置に関する設計業務となる予定です。
中国(ChinaChangshuFactory)への出張を前提としておりますため、長期(1ヶ月以上〜)でご出張頂ける方特に歓迎いたします。
※場合によって「将来的に赴任形態への移行も検討」している案件です
【具体的には】
■ハード設計:制御盤の機器構成設計、配線設計
■ソフト設計:半導体、FPD製造装置の制御設計、 PLC (シーケンサ)のラダープログラミング、回路設計
■導入顧客先での装置調整、立ち上げ 等
【具体的な業務の流れ】
■訪問～ヒアリング
当社営業と一緒にお客様先へ訪問します。
お客様が現在困っていることやニーズを元に、設計仕様を固めていきます。
■設計～納品
お客様の製造工程に関わる大型装置の設計を行なうので、
プロジェクトごとに2名～5名程度でチームを組み分担して設計作業を行ないます。

[Job Description]
Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment. Specifically, you will design machinery that polishes and cleans “silicon wafers,” a critical material used in semiconductors and electronic devices.
As this role involves frequent business trips to China (Changshu Factory), we particularly welcome candidates who are open to long-term travel (one month or longer). In some cases, future temporary relocation may also be considered.
[Key Responsibilities]
■Hardware design: Developing control panel configurations and wiring designs.
■Software design: Creating control systems for semiconductor and FPD manufacturing equipment, programming PLCs (ladder programming), and circuit design.
■Equipment Adjustment and Start-Up: Conducting on-site adjustments and ensuring successful equipment operation at customer locations.
[Specific work flow]
■Customer Visits and Interviews:
Accompanying sales staff to meet with customers, you will identify their current challenges and needs to finalize design specifications.
■Design to delivery
Since we design large equipment related to the customer's manufacturing process,
we will form a team of about 2 to 5 people for each project and divide the design work.

Design period: 1 to 3 months → Meeting with the company's manufacturing department and customers → Completion of the product. ※It may take 1 to 2 years to complete.

ーC#,C++言語によるプログラミング実務経験(3年以上)
ーPCプログラムのソフト設計、産業用装置の制御設計(3年以上)
・サービスエンジニア・FEなどの現場作業経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語(JLPT N2~N1)
【尚可】
・画像処理光学実験、装置試運転、装置立ち上げ作業の経験
・ビジネスレベル以上の中国語もしくは英語

Overtime hours: 30 hours (monthly average)
Depends on work location (almost none in Kyushu, about 10 hours. Saitama is often about 30 hours)
