事業開発/提案活動全般を担当。
・事業開発
-資本政策に基づく出資提案
-協業する事業会社との企画
・調達
-技術特許の優先実施権確保
-協業するヘルステック企業の開発進捗管理
-新規技術の探索
・品質管理
-実証デザイン、技術検証
-試作品、完成品のクオリティチェック(製品(デバイス・ハードウェア)の開発工程の策定/マネジメント)
・システム開発
-統合システム開発のマネジメント

This company is working on innovative solutions in the healthcare field using the latest digital technologies. These solutions focus on "early detection of sudden health deterioration" and "early detection of mild symptoms."
This company is responsible for overseeing business development and proposal activities in general, including:
Business Development
Proposals for investment based on capital policy
Planning with partner companies for collaboration
Procurement
Securing exclusive rights for implementing technology patents
Managing the development progress of collaborating health-tech companies
Exploring new technologies
Quality Management
Design verification and technical validation
Quality checks for prototypes and finished products (developing and managing product (device/hardware) development processes)
System Development
Managing integrated system development |
 応募資格Requirement |
<必須条件>
・日本語ネイティブもしくはN1レベル同等の日本語力
・業務経験(以下いずれか一つの実務経験を持つ方)
・スタートアップ(アーリーステージ)での事業開発経験
・大手事業会社の新規事業立ち上げ経験
・コンサル/VCでの事業立ち上げ支援経験
スキルセット
・プロジェクト管理能力
・ビジネスレベルの交渉力

業務経験
・医療・ヘルスケア業界でのサービス開発経験
スキルセット
・医学/工学などの理系分野における学位
【Required Qualifications】
・Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 equivalent proficiency in Japanese.
・Work Experience (At least one of the following experiences):
Experience in business development at a startup (early-stage).
Experience in launching new business ventures at a major corporation.
Experience in supporting business development at a consulting firm or venture capital firm.
Skill Set:
Project management skills
Business-level negotiation skills
