・顧客コミュニケーションに基づく、課題設定～戦略～実行に至る統合的なソリューション設計
・短期/中長期のゴール、KPI、マイルストーンなど具体的あり方の方向づけ
・さまざまな専門コンサルタント、エンジニアで構成されるプロジェクトの全体マネジメント
・クライアントへの新規企画・提案による案件獲得
【PMチームについて】
・PMチームは現在全員が中途入社です。
・前職の業界職種:物流企業のDX事業推進担当/SIerのマーケティング部門/データ解析企業のシステムマネージャー etc.

【必須要件】
・ネイティブ～ビジネスレベルの日本語力(クライアント対応ができるレベル)
・BtoBビジネスにおけるビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・デジタルマーケティングに関する全般知識
・デジタルマーケティングにおける課題を解決するためのソリューション提案経験
【歓迎要件】
・法人向けソリューション提案における顧客折衝や提案資料作成等の実務経験
・対クライアントプロジェクトにおけるPM/PMOの実務経験

・クライアントとの関係構築や、ヒアリングを通じた課題発見/提供ソリューションの組み立てができる方

Estimated annual salary: 8-10 million yen (*including 40 hours of deemed overtime for a 5-day work week)
Work location: Tokyo 1~2 commuting date in a week. (4 days remort work.)
*Subject to change due to the COVID situation
Working hours: 9:45 - 18:45 (1 hour break)
Holidays :2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.) , National holidays
Vacation :Summer vacation, year-end and New Year's vacation, marriage leave, paternity leave
