We are looking for IT consulting sales staff at a rapidly growing consulting firm that provides IT consulting, strategic consulting, etc.
The main mission is to find projects to assign the consultants (engineers) in charge of the sales staff.
Since you will be involved from the recruitment of the consultants in charge, you will also be able to gain knowledge related to recruitment.

■Specific work content
<Sales area>
- Develop new clients for the consultants in charge
- Build relationships with existing customers and deepen sales
There is no specification for the destination to be developed, and the sales staff can select it at their own discretion.
You can think for yourself and take action, such as introductions from past clients or other sales, and sales to new customers with whom you have no transactions.
You will first be focusing on sales to consulting firms, but you will also be conducting sales activities to find assignments for individual employees for projects that are not progressing as planned or where people have dropped out.

- Personnel Management
- Recruitment Interviews (mainly in charge of the first interview)
- Negotiations with agency companies, etc.

The sales staff will be involved in recruiting consultants for whom they are responsible, so they will also be responsible for deciding who to hire and how to hire them. In addition, they will also be responsible for follow-up interviews, etc., to ensure that consultants are satisfied with their work after assignment.

■Characteristics/Attractions:
- We have adopted an absolute evaluation system that does not restrict employees by year or position evaluation table, but instead evaluates employees based on their individual skills and achievements. The evaluation method is a points system based on attendance, client evaluation, and utilization rate.

- It is realistically possible to aim for an annual income of 8 million yen in the second year after joining the company, and an annual income of over 10 million yen in the third year.

■Organizational Structure
Currently, there are three members in charge of sales, including the executives.
We are responsible for about 10 to 20 consultants, mainly two members in their late 20s.
